The Core course is required by the Tennessee Real Estate
Commission for anyone who must complete 16 hours of CE
credit to renew their license. Effective January 1,
2011, this course will be 6 hours of CE credit. |

This course discusses Ethics in real estate and is based on
the REALTOR Code of Ethics. This course meets the
requirement of the National Association of REALTORS that
each REALTOR complete at least 2.5 hours of instruction on
